North Texas Breastfeeding Support

Helping You meet your Breastfeeding goals, whatever they may be.

Breastfeeding Support

As a certified Lactation Counselor, It is my mission to provide you with customized lactation support.

I became passionate about pregnancy, birth, babies and lactation through my own, sometimes difficult, experiences as I became a mother. The transition into motherhood is profound and one we all need support through, especially with caring for infants and breastfeeding. I believe that breastfeeding and quality lactation care is key to improving health outcomes for mothers and babies.

As a board Certified Lactation Counselor I am able to assess the breastfeeding dyad, identify any issues and implement appropriate education, support and care plans. I offer an understanding heart and nature-knows-best approach to the mothers I serve. I believe in the innate ability of our bodies to grow and nourish our infants and that with support, guidance, education and encouragement a mother can accomplish her breastfeeding goals.

As first time parents, my husband and I were so thankful to have had Tracy present at the birth of our daughter.  It was very calming to have someone there that not only knew what was going on with me physically, but also was familiar with the in's and out's of the hospital procedures and could help us understand what was going on and our options.  Tracy also helped my husband and I with any lactation and breastfeeding questions.  After giving birth, Tracy gladly came to our house and assisted with some difficulties I was experiencing with latching.  We cannot say thank you enough to Tracy for being such a great support both during and after our pregnancy.
