Tracy Dubois

I’m frequently asked, “What made you choose this work?”

First of all, I don’t really consider it work at all, I love what I do and passionate about helping expecting and new families. Welcoming a new person into the world can be hard work and I’m honored to walk the journey with you. I love when a soon to be/new mom takes that breath and realizes she really can do whatever ever it is that she feels is too overwhelming at that moment. Women are strong!

The families I get to walk with are the best! I understand many of you are entertainers, athletes, CEO’s, physicians, career women, entrepreneurs, stay at home rock stars and everything in between. With this in mind, I’m here to listen, educate, and walk with you on this journey. Some of the phrases that repeat is “Tracy, you are the big sister I never knew I needed” and “you made sure I was mentally and emotionally prepared for birth and the weeks following” this is a great honor because I my approach is practical.

I listen to your needs and treat you the exact same way I’d want to be treated. It has also been said I spoil my people and I take that as a great compliment, who wouldn’t want to be cared for?

With over 20 years of experience in the birth world from beginning my career IN high risk OB/triage to raising my own preemies who are now young adults, being a certified lactation counselor, childbirth educator and one of the only sleep educators in the north Texas AREA, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience. always TO LEARN,IS MY GOAL,as THERE IS ALWAYS CUTTING-EDGE and Evidence-Based APPROACHES FOR ME TO LEARN TO SERVE YOU The best.

During our time together: God gave us TRACY for the birth to help me get through the hardest thing I've ever seen or been a part of. Seeing my wife in that state was very emotional and overwhelming on so many levels. To have a genuine person who was able to relinquish doing a "job" was a blessing that I will be forever thankful for. It was the hardest thing I've ever gone through, but having Tracy there made it possible. I am forever thankful and forever blessed that God gave us Tracy as our doula.

- Casey

I wanted to hire a doula because I wanted to try to have an unmedicated labor. Also, for the ease of having someone there that could be a coach for both of us. We hired TRACY specifically because she was down-to-earth, loving, warm, and NOT judgemental at all. We knew immediately that Tracy would make the birthing process as calm and as close to our "goal" labor as possible. Tracy helped me the most in getting me prepared for anything and being realistic with my goals. Checking on us after we came home from the hospital has been a true blessing! To have someone who understands what you are going through (emotionally, physically, and mentally) and just loves you and supports you through it is extremely comforting. Tracy you are the best! We all 3 love you!!
